We are hosting the Divisional Relay Carnival this year! Please see the directions below:

• Drop off your swimmer(s) in the cul-de-sac and park in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors and be careful not to block driveways (you are supposed to leave 10 feet to either side) or fire hydrants. Allow sufficient time for rush hour traffic, congestion in the swimmer dropoff area, and walking from your parking spot.
• If you are an official and your arrival at the pool will be delayed, notify us asap.
• If bad weather interrupts the meet, families should wait in their cars until either summoned back to the meet or dismissed. DO NOT LEAVE unless a Rep or Coach has told you to. Bring things to do in your car. We will do everything we can to complete this meet on Wednesday. Rain date is Thursday.
• Spectator seating is limited. Please limit your time in the spectator area. If you want to watch the whole meet, work the meet!
• The team areas are in the parking lot, so the surface is asphalt. Bring chairs and bug spray. Flashlights or camp lights will be helpful if the meet is delayed due to weather.

This is the fourth A meet of our season! We will be at Ilda Pool at 8900 Braeburn Drive, Annandale. Please arrive no later than 8:10 and be ready to warmup at 8:25am.

Have your swimmer pack his/her bag on Friday evening. Include googles, swim cap, and two towels.

Mark your swimmers clothing/spirit wear with their name.

Swim caps must either display Long Branch swim team or not have writing. Swim caps with another team’s logo or insignia cannot be worn.

Bring/apply sun screen and bug spray.

Bring a “camp chair” so your swimmer has a place to sit between events.

Pack a snack to include water. Our concessions will be open.

Swimmers should NOT leave the team area unless they tell a coach or team rep. 8&U parents are welcome to sit with their kids in the team area in between events.

Let’s remember good sportsmanship! Please be respectful to the officials, swimmers, and other parents.

Parents, if you are volunteering or available to volunteer, please wear a white shirt and blue bottoms.
