Welcome to the 2026 NVSL season! We are so glad to have your family join us this summer.

Practice Schedule

Afternoon practices begin on May 28:

• Middle and high school: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Elementary school: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Morning practices begin on June 18:

• Middle and high school: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
• Elementary school: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
• Little Dolphins: 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM

* Note that there is NO practice on the last day of FCPS, June 17. Little Dolphins do not begin practices until June 18.

We might be offering early-evening practices again for those who cannot attend all 5 morning practices- more info to follow.  This is not for Little Dolphins.

New website:  You will see that we have a new website- SwimTopia!  All of NVSL has made the switch and your information should have all transferred from the old system.  There is a different app for this- please download the SwimTopia app.  While it's a new system we like it SO much better than the old platform.  You'll see we have already entered in the entire summer schedule to include volunteer sign-ups for each meet.  

2026 Long Branch Dolphins Team Fees

1st Swimmer $125

2nd Swimmer $100

Each additional swimmer $50

Little Dolphins $95 each**

** Please note that Little Dolphins fees are not discounted, no matter how many swimmers are in the family. For example, a family with three swimmers, one of whom is a Little Dolphin, will pay the $95 Little Dolphin rate in addition to the 1st and 2nd swimmer fees for a total of $125+100+95= $320.
